What Are The Workouts Like?
The opposite of “boring” old gyms...
Our workouts will be challenging, but AT YOUR LEVEL. We’ll help you get results that will get you in the best shape of your life, no matter what level you’re starting at.
Our workouts are focused on functional exercises, athletic conditioning, plyometrics, Olympic weightlifting, kettlebells, medicine ball and dumbbell training, power-lifting, gymnastics, rowing, running, and jumping rope.
We utilize CrossFit as our primary training method that helps our students optimize physical competence in each of the 10 recognized fitness domains:
- Cardio-respiratory Endurance
The stimulus provided is always varied and the results are dramatic.
The atmosphere at Cosmic CrossFit is supportive and encouraging for anyone who’s willing to put in the effort, enthusiasm, and work.
A Fitness Solution For Everyone
Is CrossFit for you? CrossFit has been known to be an intense program, and you may have even heard of people getting hurt doing CrossFit. We’re different! Our coaches are experts at scaling the workouts to your individual needs. We will certainly push you through a great workout, but it won’t be beyond your means or capabilities. If you have limitations, we’ll work with you. We have a solution that will fit YOUR needs!
What Programs Are Available?
CROSSFIT GROUP TRAINING: These group classes provide a fun environment for you to push yourself, find new friends, and reach new limits. You’ll be coached in a small group environment by a qualified instructor who cares about your individual needs. (See schedule page.)
6-WEEK CHALLENGE: If you’re serious about getting results NOW, ask about our upcoming challenge. You’ll get workouts with a trainer 3x/week, customized meal plans, measurements and weight to track your progress, and more!
PERSONAL TRAINING: If your goals and needs are more specific, or you just want more one-on-one attention, Cosmic CrossFit has the solution. Our coaches will develop a customized program to help you reach your individual goals.
